To prolong the life of your handmade soap bar it is highly recommended to allow the soap bar to properly dry between uses.

We suggest any one of our soap dishes or soap pads to keep it away from any water that would shorten its useful life.

These are handmade items. While I try my best to duplicate batches – it is not always possible to see consistent results.

Variations, such as coloring and pattern design do happen, and should be expected.

Once your order leaves my possession, I have no power or control over the speed by which the carrier delivers your items. In the event orders are delayed, or misdelivered, your first initial remedy should be to contact the carrier.

If that does not result in a suitable resolution, and given that tracked packages are covered by postal insurance, I will file a claim for reimbursement with the carrier on your behalf.

I cannot offer refunds or replacement items due to carrier problems.

Please keep in mind that every nose is different and scents may be perceived differently per person.;

We do our best to describe the scents based on the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given by the manufacturers.

Also, note that even non-fragranced soap will have a slight scent due to the ingredients used. No added fragrance or essential oils are added to the non-fragranced soaps.

On occasion, a non-fragranced soap bar may absorb scent based on the soap surrounding it on the curing rack.

Because of the nature of soap products, and for safety and contamination concerns, refunds or exchanges are available only if your order has not already been shipped.

If you require a refund or exchange prior to shipping, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once they have left the possession of Scented Sanctuary, and have been picked up by USPS or dropped off at a USPS facility.

Scented Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel any unshipped order, including on the basis of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
